John & Maggie

John and Maggie Wenzel are serving at the Clubhouse in Puli, Taiwan. The Clubhouse serves the local population by teaching English, playing board games, serving food and doing Bible studies. It is their hope that through the work of the Clubhouse that more people will be touched by the love of God. They also have a passion for underprivileged children and children from broken families and work with the Puli Shepherd Church providing care and services to the local youth.

Taiwan culture is steeped in idol and ancestor worship and is in dire need of the truth of Jesus Christ. Maggie spent most of her life deep in these practices before coming into a loving relationship with Christ. Her desire is to share that love with others who are stuck in these practices. John has a passion for helping others and uses practical ways to share the love of Christ with those he serves.
